Pages: 458 - 463
India's population is achieved 1.2 billion and the population rate is increasing day by day then following 25-30 years there will be not kidding issue of sustenance, so the improvement of farming is essential. Today, the agriculturists are experiencing the absence of rains and lack of water .In earlier system human participation were used in such condition lack of accuracy and even time consumption was also more so to overcome this system, The fundamental goal of this paper is to give a programmed watering system framework in this way sparing time, cash and force of the former and also implemented the TCP/IP client android application to know the sensor values and automaticall1the system will be on and off . At whatever point there is an adjustment in temperature and dampness of the surroundings these sensors detects the adjustment in temperature and moistness and gives an sign to the microcontroller, with the help of microcontroller the GSM module send a IP address to the mobile number of the owner after that with the help of IP address the android application shows the sensors values. The constant expanding interest of the food requires the fast change in sustenance generation innovation. In a nation like India, where the economy is for the most part taking into account agriculture and the climatic conditions are isotropic, still we are not ready to make full utilization of rural assets. The fundamental reason is the absence of rains and lack of area supply water. Another imperative reason of this is because of spontaneous utilization of water because of which a lot of water goes waste. In the advanced dribble watering system frameworks, the most critical point of interest is that water is supplied close to the root zone of the plants drop by drop because of which an extensive amount of water is spared. The innovation of this watering system will reduce the man power required.

Year: 2016, Volume:3, Issue : 2
Pages: 470 - 473
To solve the routing void problem in geographic routing, high control overhead and transmission delay are usually taken in wireless sensor networks. Inspired by the structure composed of edge nodes around which there is no routing void, an efficient bypassing void routing protocol based on virtual coordinates is proposed in this paper. The basic idea of the protocol is to transform a random structure composed of void edges into a regular one by mapping edge nodes coordinates to a virtual circle. By utilizing the virtual circle, the greedy forwarding can be prevented from failing, so that there is no routing void in forwarding process from source to destination and control overhead can be reduced. Furthermore, the virtual circle is beneficial to reduce average length of routing paths and decrease transmission delay. Simulations show the proposed protocol has higher delivery ratio, shorter path length, less control packet overhead, and energy consumption.

Year: 2016, Volume:3, Issue : 2
Pages: 474 - 479
This research work presents the efficacy of sodium based alkaline activators and flies ash as an additive in improving the engineering characteristics of Black cotton soils. Sodium hydroxide concentration of 2 molal is used as activator. The black cotton soil behavior was studied in addition of different percentage of fly ash such as 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% & 30%. The activator with fly ash percentages of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% relatively to the total solids. The Atterberg limits, specific gravity, unconfined compressive strength and Standard Proctor’s compaction tests were performed on expansive clay soil. The results are indicated that in addition of fly ash with Alkali Activator solution with different concentrations reduces the liquid limit and plasticity index and increases the plastic limit of the Black Cotton soil. The optimum moisture content (OMC) and maximum dry density (MDD) curves indicate that addition of fly ash with Alkali Activator solution with different concentration increases the OMC but decreases the maximum dry density of the Black Cotton Soil. Increase in the Unconfined Compression Strenght was observed with increase in the percentage of Fly Ash. With increase in the percentage of fly ash with increasing concentration of Alkali Activator, unconfined compression strength was increased with the curing period.

Human face recognition plays an important role in computer vision and security surveillance system and biometrics. Recognition of the face image is a common process as many techniques are available to recognize the human face image. The sketch of the human face is image drawn by the expert person in imaginary of the targeted human based on the eye witness or another person or himself. None of the emerging recognition system is sketch recognition and is making its way in field of law enforcement. Hence we propose face sketch recognition process using PCA, 2D discrete haar wavelet transformation, artificial neural network. The experiment has been conducted database consisting of 80 clearly demonstrative and efficacy of algorithm.

Year: 2016, Volume:3, Issue : 2
Pages: 483 - 487
Material handling plays vital role in any industry. The hoist crane is one of the demonstrated material handling devices. A hoist is a device used for lifting or lowering a load by means of a drum or lift-wheel around which rope or chain wraps. In normal operating conditions with rated load and under test conditions with test loads up to 125 percent of rated load, despite this fact many operators and owners of hoists and cranes fear the possible catastrophic damage that can occur if the driving motor of a unit should fail for any reason. This may lead to Loss of life, Damage of goods or property, loss of Production time due to down time of hoist. Hence there is a need of a safety system in advent of failure of the motor that will avoid above damages. One solution to this problem is to feed the power of two motors of equal rating into a planetary gear drive. This system is proposed with view to offer a dual advantage to the existing single motor system, Safety in case one of the motor fails. Dual speed drives so that same device can cater to more than one application.

Pages: 494 - 498
Fog is the natural phenomenon that causes severe difficulties in driving & results in major accidents. Fog degrades the view of an object and results in poor visibility. The poor visibility of an object becomes challenge to the driver to identify the object and monitor it. It creates lots of difficulties in driving and monitoring the vehicle. There is lots of research on the topic but still the problem has not solved to the desired result. There exist several kinds of environment variations that make the foggy image enhancement more difficult. Therefore an efficient algorithm is required to cope up with several challenges arising from the nature of visibility enhancement of foggy images.

Pages: 499 - 501
A generic framework, with the help of a preprocessing phase that is independent of the users inputs, that allows an arbitrary number of users to securely utilizing a computation of two non-collaborating external servers. Here approach is to shown provably secure in an adversarial model where one of the servers may arbitrarily deviate from the protocol specification, as well as employ an arbitrary number of dummy users. Recommendation systems consist of a processor together with a multitude of users, where the processor provides recommendations to requesting users, which are deduced from personal ratings that were initially submitted by all users. It is easy to see that, in a non-cryptographic setup of such a system, the processor is both able to learn all data submitted by the users, and spoof arbitrary, incorrect recommendations. Use these techniques to implement a secure recommender system based on collaborative filtering that becomes more secure, and more efficient than previously known implementations of such systems, when the preprocessing efforts are remove. We suggest different alternatives for preprocessing, and discuss their merits and demerits.
