In today’s Era fuel economy and thermal efficiency are more important to all engines. The objective of work is to reduce air temperature of intake turbocharged system of an internal combustion engine. In this initially, design of intercooler has be modified and finely integrated with present radiator system of automobile. Besides structural characteristics of intercooler is analyse by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software fluent 16.0.It has been observed that temperature of intercooler up to 400C is reduce and density is increased due to drop in temperature by using CFD. However normal commercial temperature of compress air up to 200C.

Year: 2019, Volume:5, Issue : 11
Pages: 74 - 79
Analytical investigation is undertaken to study the stress analysis of plates with different central cut-outs. The understanding of the effects of cut-out on the load bearing capacity and stress concentration of such plates or shells is very important in designing of structures. Particular emphasis is placed on flat in finite plates subjected to a uni-axial tension load. The results based on analytical solution are compared with the results obtained using finite element methods. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the accuracy and simplicity of presented analytical solution for stress analysis of plates with special shaped central cut-out. The varying parameters, such as cut-out shape, load direction or cut-out orientations, which affect the stress distributions and stress concentration factor in the metallic plates, are considered. The results presented herein indicated that the stress concentration factor of metallic plate significantly changed by using special shape cut-out, bluntness and orientation.

In this concept, a new authentication technique in online voting system using facial recognition of the voter is used. Currently in India, there are two types of voting system in practice. They are secret Ballet paper and Electronic Voting Machines (EVM), but both of the process has some limitation or demerits. In India, online voting has not yet been implemented. The current voting system is not secure and time consuming as well. The voters need to go to distributed places like polling booths and stand in a very long queue to cast their vote, due to these reasons most of the people misses the chance of casting their votes. The people who are not eligible to vote can also cast their votes by unwanted means, which may cause various problems. That is why in this concept we have to propose a system or way for voting which is very effective in voting. Here we have three level of security in voting process. The first level is the verification of unique id number (UID), second level is the verification of election id number (EID) and third level is face recognition. The security level of our system has been highly improved by the use of new method for each voter. The authentication of the user in the system is improved by using face recognition in the application, which will be able to identify whether the user is authenticated user or not.

Year: 2019, Volume:5, Issue : 11
Pages: 84 - 86
Digital Image Processing is the use of computer algorithms to perform image processing on digital images. It is the process of digitally manipulating a stored image using software. The tools used for image enhancement include many different kinds of software such as filters, image editors and other tools for changing various properties of an entire image or parts of an image. Java platform is being used to develop it. It allows a much wider range of algorithms to be applied to the input data and can avoid problems such as the build-up of noise and signal distortion during processing. The software is used to implement various types of addition in the new/existing images. It deals with manipulation of digital images through a digital computer. The input of that system is a digital image and the system process that image using efficient algorithms, and gives an image as an output. This approach prompted us to find the difficulty the user faces as yourself now being a user and experience the problem they face while drawing an image. This achieves a great success in making this project as we have planned to make, managing the layout efficiently.

Pages: 87 - 89
In the earlier days scheduling the class is very difficult to the management and the teaching staff to maintain all the documents of each student. Moreover the main challenging phase of the programmer is present the modern way of smart classes therefore it may take more time to programmer to analyse the problem. To introduce a new approach Smart Class which means the way of conducting class is smart way to provide flexibility and takes less time and produce more concept. Finalization should be done within a less time and higher frequency strategy.

Software Development Cost Estimation Methods and Particle Swarm Optimization Model
Dr. Vipan Kumari ; Sandeep Kulkarni
Computer Application
Year: 2019, Volume:5, Issue : 11
Pages: 90 - 93
Cost estimation of software projects is a very important activity in software process development for shaping how much effort and time software projects required. A successful software project depends mainly on an accurate cost estimation which is one of the most critical factors of good management decisions. Our observations have shown that it is best to use a number of different estimating techniques or cost models, and then compare the results before determining the reasons for any of the large variations. Accurate cost estimation of software projects is not easy to do because it needs more experience and more knowledge about the nature and key features of projects. Incorrect cost estimations of projects in software development houses of this country prompted us research about the reasons for this problem. The review results combined with other knowledge provide support for recommendations for future software cost estimation research, including: increase the breadth of the search for relevant studies , conduct more studies on estimation methods commonly used by the software industry, increase the awareness of how properties of the data sets impact the results when evaluating estimation methods. A Software Cost Estimation affects nearly all management activities, including project bidding, resource allocation and project planning. The primary conclusion is that no single technique is best for all situations, and that a careful comparison of the results of several approaches is most likely to produce realistic estimates.

Civil Engineering
Year: 2019, Volume:5, Issue : 11
Pages: 98 - 103
The anatomy of groundwater for drinking purpose can easily be understood by considering its quality and contamination. IS 10500-2012 specifies the general and physical groundwater quality parameters. This study has focused on evaluation of groundwater characteristics using statistical analysis tools for Jetpur Pavi taluka of Chhota Udepur district, Gujarat. Spatial distribution of contaminants of major concern, which are Fluoride, Nitrate, Total Hardness and TDS, shows that Degla, Ambalag, Sithol, Tamboliya, etc. villages are having groundwater quality parameters above permissible limits. The main objective is to perform statistical analysis to examine inter-dependency of contaminants. Correlation Analysis (CA), Principle Component Analysis (PCA), Frequency distribution as well as rock- water relation studies are performed for selected villages of Jetpur Pavi taluka. An integration of groundwater statistics and hydro-geochemical data were helpful to evaluate Nitrate-chloride, Fluoride-Hardness and Nitrate-Hardness inter-dependency.
