Squash is a type of fruit beverage containing at least 25% fruit juice or pulp and 40-50% total soluble solids, commercially. It also contains about 1.0% acid and 350ppm Sulphur dioxide or 600ppm sodium benzoate. It is diluted before serving. Cane juice is a naturally high energy drink which makes it a healthy alternate to refined sugar added drink. Sugarcane is one of the world’s most important sugar crops cultivated in tropical countries like India. Tender coconut is one of the most abundant and naturally occurring resource which is used as food and beverage. The present investigation was carried out to formulate Squash with Sugarcane juice and Coconut water and orange juice, and to evaluate the overall acceptability of squash in prepared three samples comparing with control. We got significant values, the score for colour was found highest in sample B compared with other samples. The score for flavour was found highest in sample B as compared to other samples of Squash. Overall acceptability was observed as highest in sample and is preferred than control. Among different samples of Squash prepared, sample B was more acceptable in terms of its Organoleptic evaluation. The formulated sugarcane Squash is highly preferable to people suffering from urinary infections.

Year: 2016, Volume:2, Issue : 11
Pages: 220 - 226
Although it may not be important in certain parts of the world, the contribution of goat milk to the economic and nutritional wellbeing of humanity is undeniable in many developing countries, especially in the Asian Countries. Goat milk is known to have better qualities such as digestibility and longer shelf life when processed than cow milk. Despite these qualities, goats are kept mainly for meat in many countries. The chemical characteristics of goat milk can be used to manufacture a wide variety of products, including fluid beverage products such as cheese, butter milk or yogurt, frozen products such as ice creams, sweets such as Khoa and Kalakhand, in addition to that such as low fat, fortified and nutritionally enriched products can be made from goat milk. The main objective of present investigation was to study the overall acceptability of novel food products made from goat milk such as khoa and Kalakhand, where the products were enriched with moringa olifera leaves powder. The nutrient contents were analysed by the help of “AOAC†analytical techniques. The quality milk should have the potential to tolerate technological treatment and be transformed into a product that satisfies the expectations of Consumers, in terms of nutritional, hygienic and sensory attributes.

Pages: 227 - 233
In recent, Cloud computing is booming technology and the major service provided by the cloud is storage as service. Thus more data are stored and managed in cloud, thereby the problem raises on dense data maintenance and management. Since the cloud storage service is fully untrustworthy, it raises security anxietieson how to realize data deduplication in cloud while achieving integrity auditing. In this paper, we mainly focus on the problem of integrity auditing and secure deduplication on cloud storage data. Thus this problem is audited by the solution of two secure systems, namely SecCloud and SecCloud+. The SecCloud includes three protocols file uploading protocol, integrity auditing protocol and proof of ownership protocol and the SecCloud+ follows the same three protocols as with SecCloud. The only difference the file uploading protocol in SecCloud+ requires an additional phase for communication between cloud client and storage server to get the convergent key for encrypting the uploading file before the phase 2 in SecCloud.

Pages: 241 - 247
Our project deals with the fabrication of a solar stored cook stove. No being can live without food. To cook the food heat energy is required. In the present scenario, to get the heat energy, liquefied petroleum gas, kerosene etc. are being used as fuel. These fuels are highly expensive. Solar energy can be used to cook food. Solar energy is available almost everywhere and is well economical too. Solar stored cook stove is used to cook food efficiently. This type of cooker is very much useful in rural areas where LPG or kerosene is hardly available and wood is used as an alternate fuel, which causes pollution and depletes the environment. The solar stored cook stove is fabricated in such a way that it can be used for cooking as well as storing heat energy. This type of solar cooker can be used in areas where sun light is available, almost everywhere. This cooker can be used for a long time and the cost involved in manufacturing this cooker is low, so that even a small family or a common man can afford it.

We present new methods for object tracking initialization using automated moving object detection based on background subtraction. The new methods are integrated into the real-time object tracking system we previously proposed. Our proposed new background model updating method and adaptive thresh holding are used to produce a foreground object mask for object tracking initialization. Traditional background subtraction method detects moving objects by subtracting the background model from the current image. Compare to other common moving object detection algorithms, background subtraction segments foreground objects more accurately and detects foreground objects even if they are motionless. However, one drawback of traditional background subtraction is that it is susceptible to environmental changes, for example, gradual or sudden illumination changes. The reason of this drawback is that it assumes a static background, and hence a background model update is required for dynamic backgrounds. The major ch333allenges then are how to update the background model, and how to determine the threshold for classification of foreground and background pixels. We proposed a method to determine the threshold automatically and dynamically depending on the intensities of the pixels in the current frame and a method to update the background model with learning rate depending on the differences of the pixels in the background model and the previous frame. Event detection plays an essential role in video content analysis. On the other hand, according to our analysis, the coding structures in new video coding standard High Efficient Video Coding (HEVC) have a high correlation with video contents. Hence there is large potential to identify events by reusing coding structures in HEVC, which can save a huge amount of computational resources.

In Many Web pages’ other noisy information is available along with web documents. Noisy information can be of advertisement, navigation panels, copyright and privacy notices etc. extracting noisy information from these web pages is very important task. Different websites contain lots of noisy data so user get hectic to search particular data so DOM Tree is useful for the user to search particular data. It defines the logical structure of documents and the way a document is accessed and manipulated. For that we are proposing data extraction using DOM Tree. It is page level data extraction system. In that two types of techniques that are online data extraction and offline data extraction. This system is also able to extract hyperlink from that particular web page. DOM tree system is able to extract 85%-90% user relevant information.

Pages: 258 - 262
In this study an attempt has been made to study the price discovery relationship for five of the top traded agricultural commodities on NCDEX namely chilli, Coriander, zeera, pepper and turmeric. The essential daily data on spot and futures market prices were collected from the NCDEX website for the period 2010 to 2015. The near month contract of the futures markets commodity was considered for the study, as they are mostly traded as compared to next month and far month future contracts. Augmented Dickey Fuller test was test stationary of the data series. Johansen cointegration test was access the long-run relationship between the variables and Vector Error Correction Mechanism (VECM) was examine the short run dynamics. The cointegration results validate the existence of long-run relationship between spot and futures series of Chilli, coriander, jeera, pepper and turmeric respectively. The vector error correction model verifies bidirectional causality between spot and futures series of Chilli, coriander, jeera, pepper and turmeric suggesting that both the spot and future markets of the selected agricultural commodity plays the leading role through price discovery process in India and assumed to be informational efficient and reacts more quickly to each other.

Accidents are the deadliest among the current death rates of India. Inappropriate safety guidelines in a vehicle, rash driving, improperly maintained and lit roads, drug and alcohol abuse are the reasons for accidents. Adding on to the above, delay in the reporting time, delay of the rescue team to reach the site, increasing road to hospital time are the other factors. AID finds a solution to the above two. Accident Indication Device (A.I.D) is a post collision warning device installed in the vehicles. It concentrates on head on collision. It consists of an impact sensing unit and control unit and a GPS/GPRS system. Impact sensing unit consist of a piston-cylinder and relief valve arrangement. When the vehicle meets with an accident, impact sensing unit contracts. The electrical signals thus produced from the impact sensing unit is sensed by a control unit and the control unit sends emergency signals to nearby hospitals through GPS/GPRS module. The impact sensing unit will undergo deformation only beyond a particular stress value. Thus A.I.D will inform nearby hospitals about the accidents.
