Pages: 243 - 248
Steganography is an important area of research in recent years. Steganography usually deals with the ways of hiding the existence of the communicated data in such a way that it remains confidential. Steganography is used some cover media like image file, audio file, video file, text file to hide the data. In image steganography, secrecy is achieved by embedding data into cover image and generating a stego-image. Bits of information are placed in pixel values of image so that intruder cannot find out where data is hidden. There are different types of steganography techniques each have their strengths and weaknesses. In this paper, we review the different technique of Image steganography - LSB, PVD (least significant bit, pixel value differencing), PIT (pixel indicator technique), of Image steganography techniques - LSB, PVD (least significant bit, pixel value differencing), PIT (pixel indicator technique),

Electronics & Communication Engineering
Year: 2015, Volume:2, Issue : 2
Pages: 254 - 257
The growth for wireless communication introduces competent spectrum operation challenge. To tackle this challenge, cognitive radio (CR) is emerged as the key technology; which enables opportunistic access to the spectrum. CR is a shape of wireless communication in which a transceiver can intelligently detect which communication channels are in use and which are not, and instantly move into empty channels while avoiding occupied ones. This optimizes the use of obtainable radio-frequency (RF) spectrum while minimizing interference to other users. In this paper, we present a position of the art on the use of Multi Agent Systems (MAS) for spectrum access using cooperation and competition to solve the problem of spectrum allocation and warrant better management. Then we propose a new approach which uses the CR for improving wireless communication for a single cognitive radio mobile terminal (CRMT).

Year: 2015, Volume:2, Issue : 2
Pages: 268 - 273
Mobile Ad hoc networks are becoming popular with the advances in wireless technology. In MANET the main issue is the security management. When it comes to node level a trust scheme is needed for secure transmission of data. We have to ensure that a minimum trust is guaranteed for each node. In this paper a review is conducted on the basis of a trust model proposed for MANETs including two methods for trust evaluation, Direct Observation and Indirect Observation. Uncertain reasoning derived from artificial intelligence used to evaluate the trust values. In direct observation method a node is directly observing the other node to which it has to send the data. Then calculate the trust value using Bayesian Inference. Indirect observation deals with observing nodes indirectly from neighbor nodes. Then calculate the trust value using Dempster Shafer Theory. Bayesian Inference and DST are coming under the field of uncertain reasoning. Values obtained from these two components are combined to get more accurate trust value. Routing protocol OLSRV2 is used to evaluate the trust model. With this proposed scheme throughput and packet delivery ratio can be improved.

Year: 2015, Volume:2, Issue : 2
Pages: 274 - 279
High strength concrete replaced manufactured sand is the more advantage in the Construction industry. The main objective of High strength concrete to develop the compressive strength of concrete by replacing Natural sand into Manufacture sand and using admixture. To examine the workability of manufactured sand and using admixture in concrete. To investigate the performance of this concrete terms of its compressive strength and split tensile strength. This paper puts forward the applications of manufactured sand as an attempt towards sustainable development in India. It will help to find viable solution to the declining availability of natural sand to make eco-balance. Manufactured sand is one among such materials to replace river sand, which can be used as an alternative fine aggregate in mortars and concretes. The use of manufactured sand in concrete is gaining momentum these days. The present experimental investigations have been made on concrete using manufactured sand as fine aggregate and observed the effects of crushed manufactured sand on strength properties of concrete.

Pages: 286 - 288
Big data is an evolving technology which totally describes the storage of unstructured data with sizes more than Terabytes. Obviously it has a massive volume of unstructured data that is so large which is difficult to be processed by traditional database and software techniques. It is a new era in data exploration and utilization. To analyse this big data analytics has been emerged. Big data analytics is just a process of collecting, framing, organizing and analysing large sets of data to discover patterns and useful information. Businesses are speedily finance additional in Hadoop to manage analytic knowledge stores thanks to its flexibility, quantifiability and also it is of relatively low cost. However, Hadoop tooling for analytics is not that much familiar. This makes it tough for analysts to use Hadoop while not important further coaching, and it additionally limits the flexibility of businesses to drive worth from massive information. R tool will overcome all this riddles. Open source R tool, is the standard platform for modern analytics. R tool will make it easier for the analysts in their performance. It runs in Hadoop. It allows users to perform advanced analysis on massive information whereas working completely within the acquainted R surroundings. This package distributes work across the nodes and distributed information of Hadoop with none advanced programming. R tool has become the foremost well-liked language for information science and it's a necessary tool for finance and analytics.. Representing complex data with charts and graphs, it goes far beyond the traditional bar chart. R tool includes data manipulation, statistics and chart that today’s data scientist could ever need. There are many reasons behind R’s growing popularity, including its flexibility, rich graphics, broad ecosystem and comprehensive library of more than five thousand packages. However, since open source R runs in memory and lacks a native distributed computing framework, it is ill suited to working with large data sets. Revolution R Enterprise (RRE), a product from Revolution Analytics, is a Big Data, Big Analytics Platform that supports open source R. Revolution R Enterprise extends an increased and supported version of R with a distributed computing framework, Big Data connectivity tools, an integrated development environment and enterprise deployment tools.

Year: 2015, Volume:2, Issue : 2
Pages: 289 - 299
Policy networks are generally utilized by political scientists and economists to clarify different financial and social phenomena, for example, the advancement of associations between political elements or foundations from diverse levels of administration. The examination of policy networks requires a prolonged manual steps including meetings and polls. In this paper, we proposed an automatic procedure for evaluating the relations between on-screen characters in policy networks utilizing web documents of other digitally documented information gathered from the web. The proposed technique incorporate website page information extraction, out-links. The proposed methodology is programmed and does not require any outside information source, other than the documents that relate to the political performers. The proposal assesses both engagement and disengagement for both positive and negative (opposing) performer relations. The proposed algorithm is tested on the political science writing from routers document database collections. Execution is measured regarding connection and mean square error between the human appraised and the naturally extricated relations.
