  Grid computing provides a large reliable framework for execution of large scale applications. Grid is a collection of huge number of resources which are heterogeneous in nature. And it also provides access to those resources for reliable execution of the problem. Computation and data grid are two types of grid. This paper considers computational grid. In computational grid, Scheduling of resources is the main challenge. Resources are of different types and dynamic in nature, so load on resource changes randomly. The previous scheduling optimization algorithms consider either economic factor or time factor along with load balancing. This paper proposed a system that considers both economic and time factor with load balancing and provides a reliable framework that is client efficient algorithm. Experimental results show that modified hierarchical load balancing algorithm (mHLBA) provides a better framework for allocation of resources.

  IP spoofing is one of the major threats in the network security. Hackers use this to hide their identity or to perform an attack. IP spoofing used for many attacks like denial of service, SYN flooding and man in the middle attacks etc. It is necessary to capture or block the spoofers to defend against these attacks. Different IP traceback mechanisms are used for finding the spoofers identity. There is still not a widely supported mechanism to capture or block the spoofers because of the challenges in the deployment and cost. Here I propose a method for finding out spoofers with the help of path backscatter messages. They are ICMP error messages triggered by spoofing traffic helps to find the location of the spoofer based on the available information. By this method we can find the malicious node in the network .A trust based mechanism is proposed to mark this as a malicious node and isolate it from the network. And this node will not be taken for further communications in the network. This can be done with the help of the internet service providers (ISP) of the network. By using the path backscatter and trust value it may be the most useful mechanism to block spoofers and securing the network.

  Water is the most vital thing in the world, without which we can’t survive. Indian civilization mostly started at the banks of river; therefore rivers are considered to be sacred. There are various reasons to water pollution as industries, urbanization, improper agricultural practices, water withdrawal, religious and social activities. Kumbhmela is one of the most religious event regarding ritualistic activity. It is one of the biggest hindu festivals which occur on river at four different places. Ujjian is the place where Kumbhmela occurs in every twelve years on Kshipra River. The present study is carried out of assess the impact of mass bathing on water quality of River kshipra River during Kumbhmela at Ujjain from 22 april 2016 to 21 may 2016. The Kshipra River water samples collected from four different selected ghat at different time of the day. The physico-chemical was analyzed such as Dissolved Oxygen (D.O) and Temperature. All the ghats are polluted but Mangalnath ghat are most polluted as compare to three ghats because maximum people were come in this ghat and then Narsingh ghat and Lalpul ghat some less polluted. It was also observed that all parameters were In low level levels at the Triveni ghat, which was the least used for bathing by pilgrims and remain least disturbed zone among the sampling ghat. Several cases of water born diseases like typhoid, skin, eye, ear, and urinary tract infections were reported from local and nearby city hospitals immediately after mass bath especially in summer. Further water quality of Kshipra river was assessed on the basis of water quality index. According to which water was reported to be of very bad status. As per Central pollution contol board (CPCB) norms water was found to be of D class and was not fit for drinking, bathing.

  Many cyber defense techniques require time critical decisions and deployments. These decisions cannot be taken by a human alone; rather it requires a mixed initiative of human as well as some other digital agents. This project will make use of biologically inspired swarming agents called digital ants which make use of Ant Colony Optimization algorithm (ACO) for cyber defense. The system is rapidly and automatically adapts to new cyber-attacks while enabling humans to supervise the system at an appropriate level. Ant colony systems can provide approximate solutions for so many dynamic problems, but the performance of ant colony systems is reduced due to its slow convergence rate. This project will incorporate a physarum based matrix optimization strategy in Ant Colony Optimization algorithm, so as to enhance the convergence rate and leads to better performance in cyber defense techniques.

  The main objective of this paper is to present about a model which was developed for finding the total inventory cost for a leading two wheeler manufacturer in south India. The model was developed using basic Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model. The data for past five years were collected from the industry and a program was developed using Visual Basic to make use of least square method to generate Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for every year for the company using Least Square method. Various lean tools have been applied in order to reduce Total Inventory Cost (TIC) where Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been used, the details of which are presented in this paper.

  There are two types of structural steel members which are used, namely hot rolled steel and cold formed steel. The use of thin-walled, cold-formed high strength steel products in the building industry has significantly increased in recent years. These products are being widely used in various applications such as purlins, girts, portal frames and steel framed housing The performance of the Cold Formed Steel (CFS) sections is affected due to buckling mode involving flexural-torsional buckling and local buckling, distortional buckling, overall buckling and their interactions, which are invariably important facets of Cold Formed Steel sections. It is therefore important that these buckling modes are either delayed or eliminated to increase the ultimate moment capacity of the CFS sections. To overcome this limitation, the webs are stiffened by means proper bending on it. Stiffeners in the web of the C-section increase the local buckling stress, distortional buckling stress of the section. Due to the stiffeners, more distortional buckling modes occur in the section. In the present numerical investigation, web of the Cold Formed Lipped C section are stiffened by means of proper bending, these web stiffened lipped channel section named as sigma section used as a purlin and their effectives is analyzed using a commercially available Finite Element Software ANSYS 12.0. Specimens are modelled analyzed in simply supported condition for varing h/t ratio and d/t ratio and Von-Mises stress and strain variations, displacement were found. This is followed by determination of the load carrying capacity using ANSYS and compared with experimental results.

  Aim: This study analyzed factors affecting radiographers’ compliance to radiation protection in all areas of hospital settings worldwide. Methods: The PICO guide helped put focus on this meta-analysis. Of the 27studies published from search engines and/or databases from 2009 to 2016, only four were selected. A PRISMA guideline was also used to eliminate other studies. Critique framework helped in analyzing the studies selected. Outcomes: Four significant factors affected radiographers and dental professional compliance with the practice of RPs – knowledge, work site, years in practice, and inspection. Of the 100 radiographer in the radiologic department, 98% complied; of the 1500 radiologic technologists, 77,1% complied by patient safety practices and 70,5% complied by personal safety practices; of the 60 radiation workers – 25 radiographers, 21 dentists, 6 oral hygienists, 8 dental therapists – 59% radiographers, 38% dentists and 17% of OH&DT complied wearing protection clothing, 29% radiographers complied protecting patient, 11% all participant never repeat procedures, and 79% radiographers complied radiation safety protocols; of the 31 radiographers, only 1(12,9%) radiographer complied radiation protection. A total of 59.26% compliance was found among radiographers and health care professionals from the four selected studies.
