  Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) which combines mobile computing and cloud computing, has become one of the industry buzz words and a major discussion thread in the IT world since 2009. It is a technique or model in which mobile applications are built, powered and hosted using cloud computing technology. A mobile cloud approach enables developers to build applications for mobile users without OS and memory bounds. In this study, we propose to record, store, and analyze atmospheric data by means of mobile cloud computing. Specifically, the temperature and humidity sensors in smart phones are used to record atmospheric data in real time. Then, the recorded data are periodically transmitted to the cloud for storage and analysis. The analyzed results are then made available to specific domain user like agriculture, army, disaster management team, etc. The combination of mobile computing and cloud computing leverages the advantages of both techniques and extends the smart phone’s capabilities of computing and data storage via the Internet. We will perform a case study to implement the mobile cloud computing framework using Android smart phones and Google App Engine, a popular cloud computing platform.

  The combustion of fuel inside the internal combustion engine lead to form many by-products like CO2, CO, Exhaust hydrocarbons, various oxides of nitrogen and compound like soot basically known as carboneous deposits. To sustain the engine performance and emission control, this soot must be clean out. This literature contains various mechanical and chemical methods for carbon deposits cleaning, also the formation and adverse effect of soot formation on internal combustion engine. The conventional methods show their performance appreciably on various parameters, but still there is need of a cleaning system that can vanish out all the battle-necks of conventional methods. This literature will also give review about the automated system which will overcome all the drawbacks of conventional methods.

  Data mining, in general, deals with the discovery of non-trivial, hidden and interesting knowledge from different types of data. With the development of information technologies, the number of databases, as well as their dimension and complexity, grow rapidly. It is necessary what we need automated analysis of great amount of information. The analysis results are then used for making a decision by a human or program. One of the basic problems of data mining is the outlier detection. The outlier detection problem in some cases is similar to the classification problem. For example, the main concern of clustering-based outlier detection algorithms is to find clusters and outliers, which are often regarded as noise that should be removed in order to make more reliable clustering. In this thesis, the ability to detect outliers can be improved using a combined perspective from outlier detection and cluster identification. In proposed work comparison of four methods will be done like K-Mean, k-Mediods, Iterative k-Mean and density based method. Unlike the traditional clustering-based methods, the proposed algorithm provides much efficient outlier detection and data clustering capabilities in the presence of outliers, so comparison has been made. The purpose of our method is not only to produce data clustering but at the same time to find outliers from the resulting clusters. The goal is to model an unknown nonlinear function based on observed input-output pairs. The whole simulation of this proposed work has been taken in MATLAB environment.

  In this paper, we propose a new design for large-scale multimedia content protection systems. Our design leverages cloud infrastructures to provide cost efficiency, rapid deployment, scalability, and elasticity to accommodate varying workloads. The proposed system can be used to protect different multimedia content types, including 2-D videos, 3-D videos, images, audio clips, songs, and music clips. The system can be deployed on private and/or public clouds. Our system has two novel components: (i) method to create signatures of 3-D videos, and (ii) distributed matching engine for multimedia objects. The signature method creates robust and representative signatures of 3-D videos that capture the depth signals in these videos and it is computationally efficient to compute and compare as well as it requires small storage. The distributed matching engine achieves high scalability and it is designed to support different multimedia objects. We implemented the proposed system and deployed it on two clouds: Amazon cloud and our private cloud. Our experiments with more than 11,000 3-D videos and 1 million images show the high accuracy and scalability of the proposed system. In addition, we compared our system to the protection system used by YouTube and our results show that the YouTube protection system fails to detect most copies of 3-D videos, while our system detects more than 98% of them. This comparison shows the need for the proposed 3-D signature method, since the state-of-the-art commercial system was not able to handle 3-D videos. This work is implemented using .net tool.

  A variety of clustering approaches are used for the analysis of gene expression obtained from microarray experiments. However, the results are limited when using standard clustering methods. These results are obligatory by the existence of various experimental conditions where the activity of the genes is unrelated. The same limitation exists when traditional clustering algorithms is performed. For this reason, a number of algorithms which simultaneously clusters the rows and columns in a gene expression matrix. This simultaneous clustering, usually called as biclustering which finds the subgroups of genes and subgroups of columns, where genes exhibit correlated activities for each and every condition. This type of biclustering algorithms were used in many fields such as information retrieval and data mining. This paper analyses a large number of biclustering algorithms, used for mining gene expression. It also classifies the genes in accordance with the type of biclusters they can find and used to perform the search and also the target applications.

Deduplication must be used to increase the storage space in cloud environment. Deduplication takes out these additional duplicates by sparing only one duplicate of the data and also alternate duplicates with pointers that lead back to the first duplicate. The duplication of data files to keep up the secrecy in the cloud, which utilizing the area of Hybrid cloud. To ensure the sensitive data, as well as supporting deduplication, the focalized encryption system has been proposed to scramble the data before outsourcing.   Image quality assessment is a process of undoing or recovering an image from degraded stage. Knowledge of degradation is needed for successful restoration. The image restoration techniques are used to make the corrupted image as compatible to the original image. Hyper spectral image are alter or corrupted by the mixture of diverse kinds of noise in the acquisition process, which may include stripes, impulse noise, Gaussian noise, deadlines, , and so on. This paper introduces the new image quality assessment methods for the quality semantic gap evaluation for restoration of the image data, which can simultaneously removes the Gaussian noise, impulse noise, deadlines, and stripes. But there is no spatial constraint applied on neighboring pixels that originates large areas of missing pixels. To handle the issue of missing pixels non-reference regularization algorithm has been proposed. The proposed model is projected to improve the overall quality of the image quality assessment methods by correctly analyzing the quality of the image matrix.
