Over the span of ongoing years, information development has well-ordered changed the way in which health services are provisioned for patients. In this paper, I am going to exhibit a tele monitoring system for remote healthcare management utilizing the combination of remote body sensors and ontology rules. The two layers which are intended to portray the errand of healthcare observation are the Remote Body Sensor framework with transmission facility and data & communication server with ontology rules. Patients get medicinal services alarms remotely from home. Communication layer uses the REST API services for remote data communication. Data & Communication server gives health emergency alerts to caretakers or doctors and health reminders to patients.

Automated Resume Extraction and Candidate Selection System is a product which can be best suited for any organization’s recruitment process. The system will be robust enough which will automatically extract the resume content and store it in a structure form within the Data Base [1]. Classification algorithm (Naive Bayes) will be run on the profiles to identify profile Categories or classes. Also the employer can specify his criteria and also decide the importance level. As the internet grows, amount of electronic text increases rapidly. This brings the advantage of reaching the information sources in a cheap and quick way. Keywords are useful tools as they give the shortest summary of the document. But they are rarely included in the texts [2]. There are proposed methods for automated keyword extraction. This paper also introduces such a method, which identifies the keywords with their frequencies and positions in the training set. It uses Naïve Bayesian Classifier with supervised learning.

Since people have recognized the potential of Blockchain technology, many researchers tried to find real-life applications of Blockchain. Blockchain has become famous after its first application which was Bitcoin, a digital currency based on Blockchain technology, inheriting its potential from the decentralized network. After Bitcoin, many digital currencies incepted. For many years Blockchain has been misunderstood as the public ledger which can be used for maintaining the online currency transaction record. People were less aware of the other features and so the applications of Blockchain. One of the most suitable example inheriting many features of the Blockchain is online Voting or decentralized Voting. Many researchers have proposed several solutions inheriting the diverse features of the Blockchain. Understanding the features and their importance in Blockchain Voting is an important topic that we need to concern. This features will then be used to develop a more secure and transparent voting solution.

Sequential logic is a form of binary circuit design that employs one or more inputs and one or more outputs, whose states are related by defined rules that depend, inpart, on previous states. In sequential logic the output depends on both present inputs and the past output. Each of inputs and outputs can attain either of two stages: Logic 0 (Low) or Logic 1 (High). A common example of the circuit employing sequential logic is Flipflops or also called as Bistable gate. A simple flipflop has two stable states. The flipflop maintains its states indefinitely until its input pulse called trigger is received. If a trigger is received, the flipflop outputs change their states according to the defined rules, and remain in that states until another trigger is received. There are different kinds of flipflops are available such as D,T,J-K,S-R flipflops in the form of logic gates. The basic D flipflop has a D(data) input and a clock input and outputs Q and Qbar .Optionally it may also include the Reset and the Clk inputs.

In this study, we reveal and introduce new emerging technologies that gradually changing traditional educational settings. Achievements of Information and Communication Technologies in the last several decades have made the life of millions easy and due to these achievements education become more affordable for all levels of society. Education, being the base for these achievements, sees a positive impact as forward-thinking technologies as adaptive learning, Augmented and Virtual Reality has started integration in traditional education. In some of these cases, technologically assisted learning creates special learning environments that form a new kind of educational settings that are tailored to meet the learner’s interest and learning habits. Due to their very nature, emerging technologies are transforming the idea of learning and aim to make the learning as affordable for the learner as possible.
