The stress has been expansively considered regards, the negative impacts it has on the organization and employees. Some organizations were designed programs to help physically and mentally health workers to avoid problems due to stress and to help with job-related stress. Stress management is a crucial part of sustain good physical, emotional health and good relationships with others. This study presents some techniques to prevent and reduce stress both at the organizational level and also in the individual level. With erratic exceptions, stress Management programs have not acknowledged a great success, the motive behind this being related to mentality. The Job stress problem is still an open question, which is waiting to be solved. |
